  • Most shows and events at Druid City Music Hall are ALL AGES, please check the event you’re planning to attend for any age restrictions. For all ages shows, attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed, adult guardian.

  • Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or the Druid City Music Hall box office 2 hours before the show.

  • No Backpacks, Shoulder Bags or Large Purses permitted in the venue. Clutch-size handbags only.

  • Smoking is not permitted at all inside the venue, that includes vaping and e-cigs. Smoking is expressly prohibited and will result in expulsion from the venue. There is no-reentry.

  • Unless noted in event info, concerts are standing room only. At some events we offer a limited number of seats in the ‘Premium Viewing’ area, please check the event your are attending for availability.

  • There is no re-entry policy.

  • Yes, you can email us at info@druidcitymuischall.com for more information on hosting your private event at the venue.

  • Parking for Druid City Music Hall is all street parking. Please be aware of any residential permitted parking.

  • Yes, we serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer, wine, and liquor are available to patrons over 21 years old with a valid ID.

  • Yes, please contact our box office by email at info@druidcitymusichall.com to request accessible seating.

  • Cameras are allowed on an event-to-event basis subject to the approval of the artist/performer. If cameras are allowed, guests may bring in a non-professional (point-and-shoot) style camera with no removable lenses.

  • Valid government issued photo driver license, photo ID card, or passport are all acceptable forms of ID. Expired ID’s will not be accepted.

  • The venue lost and found is located at the box office in the front lobby. If you’re looking for a lost item following a show, please email us at info@druidcitymuischall.com.

  • AC Hotel is a fantastic hotel just down University Blvd from the venue. There’s a rooftop bar, weight room, and covered parking available.

  • The guest list ticket can be picked up at the box office anytime after doors open. Valid ID is always required when picking up tickets at the box office. If you are supposed to be on a guest list, be sure you know the name of the person who has put you on the list. It is also a good idea to confirm with that person that you are on the list 24 hours before the show. We are not responsible for mistakes made by band members, radio stations, or other promotional groups, although we will follow up on guest list questions to the best of our ability.
